Our Mill
As a Vertically integrated manufacturing facility we do have our mill to produce knit fabrics.
Our facility is located in Guatemala and has over 20 yrs of experience in developing and producing knit fabrics.
/ Knitting
The core of our fabric production was based on Cotton & Poly Cotton knitted fabrics.
Over the past 5 yrs we have been working and investing in new machinery and processes to allow us to run synthetic and performance fabrics (Polyester and Nylon).
We have the internal capability to create and design a wide array of knit fabrics.
/ Dyeing
Our modern dyeing equipment is state of the art to ensure color consistency and quality from dye lot to dye lot.
Additionally, our dye vats are small to ensure low minimum order quantities per color.
/ Finishing
Modern finishing equipment allow us to finish our fabrics with excellent quality and apply performance/specialty finishes to them.

We have long standing relationships with some of the top fabric mills in the region which we buy fabric from.

Our sewing facilities in Central America provide a wide internal capacity to supply garments to our customers in a quick and efficient manner.
Our facilities include a modern cutting plant (with both manual and automatic cutting) and several sewing plants.

Embellishment
Our embellishment facility has one of the most advanced machinery in the region for garment decoration.
With one physical location that includes Screen printing, Embroidery and Sublimation.
Screen Printing
Our facility has state of the art screen printing equipment that allows us to process almost every design required by our customers.
Our facility has specialty printing capabilities, like flocking, foils, silicone inks, and many others.
Sublimation
We are able to process sublimation in both fabric and piece form.
We have our own digital printer to print all our sublimation paper needs.
Embroidery
Our facility has over 80 heads of embroidery to process quick turn orders.
Garment Dye & Wash
We have access to a full laundry facility were we are able to do garment dye (garment dye, tie dye, dip die, and others) and specialty washes on garments.
PACK
Our packing facility process all our garments once they have been manufactured and inspected.
Here we can add any trims required and create complete assortments to meet our customers needs.
REPLENISHMENT
Our replenishment facility can hold garments ready for embellishment or quick turn at any given time. Our facility has a pick and pack operation where we can create custom boxes for our customers and ship directly to the store level.
Located next door to our embellishment facility in order to react quickly to market needs and chase business opportunities.
